With weather systems becoming unpredictable all around the world as climate change takes it toll, ‘climigration’ has begun – the relocation of entire communities to avoid the damage from climate change.

So how difficult is it to convince a community to move when it might no longer be viable? And maybe more importantly, where can we move its inhabitants to?

I’m joined now by Dr Tony Matthews, a senior lecturer in urban and environmental planning at Griffith University, to talk about it.
