Uber Eats Accused of Exploitation In The Age Of The Gig Economy

Uber Eats is being sued for unfair dismissal after worker Amita Gupta was sacked for being 10 minutes late to work, despite the company underpaying her for the 96 hours she worked per week. Today on The Daily, we were joined by Sarah Kaine, Associate Professor at the University of Technology Sydney Business School to unpack what this all means.
