A mother’s push for hope amid childhood dementia diagnosis

Adelaide-based, Renee Staska, is a mother of three whose life took a gut-wrenching turn when all her children were diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder that causes childhood dementia.

The Wire’s Jo Newbury spoke with Renee to explore her advocacy for children across Australia, along with her hopes for the recent funding the Childhood Dementia Research department received from the Little Hero’s Foundation.
