A place to call home

When do you feel at home? Is it inside a house you live in, in a relationship you have with someone, in your own body? Or maybe you don’t feel at home in any of these places. Maybe what we call ‘home’ is elusive.

Author Fiona Wright has written a new collection of essays about the homes she has lived in – many of which have been houses in different parts of Sydney – and the body, which tells different stories of home when healthy, or plagued by chronic illness.

Fiona joined us in the studio to talk about her new book The World Was Whole.
