A rise of Cyberchondria

Many of us have moments of being worried about our health. But for some people it can turn into a mad panic. The term is called Cyberchondria, a condition where many diagnose themselves based on their symptoms and there’s been a rise of it thanks to Dr Google, social media platforms and ChatGPT. It’s encouraged that you go and see your GP and create some strategies to calm your anxiety down.
