Aboriginal Flag Celebrates 50th Anniversary
Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Australia looks back on the history associated with the iconic black, yellow and red Aboriginal flag.
From its first flight in Adelaide during the 1970’s land rights movement to its current wide use as a symbol for community, Adelaide’s Migration Museum is celebrating the flag’s continuing importance with the exhibition ‘Reclaiming Country’.
