Alan Brough: Charlie and the Karaoke Cockroaches
Alan Brough is a man of many talents, with his most notable role being team captain on ABC’s much-loved music quiz show Spicks and Specks. Last year, he put on his writer’s hat and released his first children’s book called Charlie and the War Against the Grannies.
Following its success, he’s written a follow-up book called Charlie and the Karaoke Cockroaches which is out now in all good (and mildly good and bad) bookstores. Alan dropped by to chat with 2SER’s Nic Healey about his new book and younger fan base.
