Alcohol-Free and Hangover-Free: Australia’s First Non-Alcoholic Bar
As more and more Australians are opting to limit their booze intake, the popularity of alcohol-free beverages has soared. Brunswick Aces started making their first non-alcoholic Sapiir (a gin replacement) back in 2017, after a group of neighbours noticed a gap in the market when someone in their group fell pregnant and another started training for a triathlon. Together, they crafted a non-alcoholic gin replacement with the same taste and aroma as traditional gin. Last week, they opened Australia’s first non-alcoholic cocktail lounge — offering a plethora of exquisite cocktails, sans booze.
