And the 2022 Balnaves Fellowship goes to… Dalara Williams
Belvoir St Theatre have just announced Dalara Williams as the recipient of the 2022 Balnaves Foundation Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Fellowship.
Every year the Balnaves Fellowship provides the opportunity to work at Belvoir Theatre as a resident artist to create work for the stage. It’s recognised as one of the most prestigious playwriting awards in Australia, and is a deeply collaborative position with Belvoir Theatre. Dalara Williams joined us on 2SER Breakfast to talk about the fellowship, her new work and the bright future ahead.
