On Saturday 27th of February 2021 we launched Carve Live, a live performance segment featuring local musicians and performers.

Our first performance was by Gabagool whose debut EP Aperitif tests the palette for what’s to come. Gabagool played three ten minute sets throughout Carve and we chatted about the food-based ethos of the album.

Gabagool heads up Sydney based independent record label Delicate Essence Records. The label aims to push high quality, locally sourced productions and has an artisanal approach to the changing music marketplace.
