After frustration caused by constant inhalation of second hand smoke in his workplace, Human Resource Manager of Eastlink in Victoria, Murray Keen has introduced a policy to become a smoke-free workplace. Should managers be allowed to make decisions that impact the workplace like this and what is the next step from here?
