Art About Town – Barka: The Forgotten River

Barka: The Forgotten River is on now at The Australian Museum now. It’s a new first nations exhibition looking at the river system also known as The Darling. It was developed by two artists, Barkandji Elder Uncle Badger Bates and Sydney based Justine Muller, along with the Barkandji  community. Justine joined Danny Chiffley on Breakfast. A new song by Barkindji/ Malyangaapa man Leroy Johnson can be heard at the close of the interview.
