Artspace One Year Studio Program

Are you an artist looking for new opportunities? Or maybe you know an artist looking to expand their career? The Artspace One Year Studio Program might be exactly what you’re looking for.

Since 1983 Artspace is Australia’s leading interdisciplinary space for the production and presentation of contemporary art. It’s where artists of all generations test new ideas and shape public conversation. Artspace is revamping, and reopening in The Gunnery building later this year, kicking things off with the One Year Studio Program.

The program offers selected artists 10 brand new studios, rent-free for one year to work freely, test new ideas, experiment, develop new works, collaborate and engage with each other, as well as utilise Artspace’s national and international peer network.

Applications close on the 31st of July. Associate Curator of Artspace, Rachael Helmore joins Danny Chifley on 2ser Breakfast.
