Australia Day and Our National Identity
January 26 evokes a wide range of emotions for all types of Australians. For some, it is a time of celebration, while for others it’s a day of mourning.
But what sort of historical significance does January 26th have for all Australians? And is it possible that the date for Australia Day could ever change?
