Australia should strengthen relationships with the Pacific region
Despite Australia being a good neighbour with Pacific countries in providing aid, the region believes Australia could do more, as it’s the one they care more about.
While Australia is building relationships with the UK and the US, it is essential to strengthen the relationship with the Pacific region. The region feels the relationship with Australia is distant, and Australia needs to listen to countries such as the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Fiji.
