Australian diets to worsen by 2030, CSIRO finds

A new study by CSIRO researchers predicts a worrying trend in Australian diets, with fruit consumption expected to drop by nearly 10% and junk food intake to rise by 18% by 2030. This shift moves Australians further away from national dietary targets.
