Are Australia’s Environmental Laws Really Protecting our Environment?
A recent report has found that Australia has lost 29 mammals to extinction, which puts us at the top of the list for the highest extinction rate in the world! So the question is, why isn’t our environment being protected by the very laws created to prevent this? With 3 million hectares of native Australian forest to be cleared by 2030, it’s clear that something drastic needs to change.
