Australia’s first ever electric vehicle summit
Politicians, car makers and energy experts gathered in Canberra last week to figure out how to get more electric vehicles on Australian roads.
Just two percent of cars driven in Australia are electric. New Zealand has managed to reach ten percent, while Norway leads the world on 80 percent.
The federal government is being urged to do more to make electric vehicles more accessible.
