Australia’s new AI attack drone
Last week the Royal Australian Air Force, alongside US manufacturer Boeing, unveiled to the public a prototype for a new military attack drone that utilises artificial intelligence in its tracking of enemies. The drone, named ‘The Loyal Wingman’, is being described as a major innovation for defence technology. Professor Rob Sabatini from RMIT spoke to Alex on 2ser Breakfast
