Barry Crocker’s Banjo (a radio play)

Legendary entertainer Barry Crocker, propels the radio play into the 21st century with, Banjo. A play which both entertains and educates the listener on the life, poetry and songwriting of Andrew Barton (Banjo) Paterson.

Banjo Paterson is famous for the poems, The Man from Snowy River, Clancy of the Overflow, A Bush Christening (the poem played before our interview) and the song, Waltzing Matilda.

Written and performed by Barry Crocker, Banjo is narrated by Jack Thompson and also stars Michael Caton as Henry Lawson.
