In a street in the back of Cross lies a safe haven for the misfits of society – Wayside Chapel. A place of faith and a place of love, Wayside chapel was created by Ted Noffs who dedicated the church to allow inter-faith marriages and redefine what it means to be Christian. 50 years later Noffs’ impact is still being explored with the latest Belvoir play ‘Wayside Bride’ which tells the story of Noffs’ influence. Thursday Drive Presenter Beth Tracey spoke to actor Sacha Horler about the new play.
