I’m sure over this new year, you’ve been trying to eat healthier as well as help the planet. Well what if you could do both…? The EAT-Lancet Commission recently published a ‘planetary health diet’ which they say is a win-win for personal health and the planet! Yay! The guidelines aim to fix the problems with the world’s food supply, especially as the world’s population keeps growing, while also reducing obesity and food-related diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
