Birds Using Medicine to Protect Their Young
Medicine use was thought to be restricted to only a very small group of animals – mostly humans and some primates. But a collaboration between Chinese and Australian researchers has proven that a species of sparrow found in China targets a specific plant for its medicinal properties the same way humans do.
