Blaze Aid Helping with Recovery After Bushfires
One of our producers here stumbled across Blaze Aid.
A friend of his who had suffered in the devastating bushfires near Batlow said a wonderful volunteer group was helping out with the bushfire recovery, and Ben thought he’d dig a little.
What he found was a selfless and volunteer-based organisation that works with families and individuals in rural Australia after natural disasters such as fires and floods.
Blaze Aid not only helps with practical issues, fencing, stock management, food supplies and general pastoral care, but also assists with human conditions, grief and devastation issues.
Australia at its very best…
