It’s Book Week!

The Children’s Book Council of Australia kicks off each Book Week with the Book of the Year award, with categories for older and younger readers, early childhood, picture books and non-fiction.

Final Draft’s Andrew Pople spoke with Matt Ottley, the illustrator of How to Make a Bird, 2021’s Picture Book of the Year, to discuss the win and the importance of picture books for readers of all ages.
