Border Balloon Trash North Korean Style

Balloons bringing gifts of rotting garbage have been sent across the Korean border from North Korea.
This is interpreted as a response to the increased number of balloons being sent from the south with a wide variety of things like medical supplies, leaflets and South Korean serial shows.
South Korea has now suspended the 2018 inter-Korean military agreement, with threats of more to come in an unwelcome escalation over the demilitarized zone.
