Breakfast Choice, Motivation, and Performance

What did you have for breakfast this morning? Was it a full big brekky, a quick two slices of Vegemite toast, cereal, or maybe nothing at all? And how do you feel now? Motivated for the day, tired, or somewhere in-between?
Andrew Martin is a Professor of Educational Psychology at UNSW, who researches the relationship between high-school students’ breakfast choices and their motivation and performance in a day.
