Buddhism for Meat Eaters
Do you eat meat? In the current age of high profile veganism, are you OK with eating meet? For many years, Australian author Josephine Moon struggled with the question of eating meat; fervently wishing to live as a vegetarian yet requiring meat in her diet.
From Josephine’s philosophical, spiritual and physical battle with eating meat came the non-fiction book Buddhism for Meat Eaters. A resource for animal lovers, the environmentally and ethically conscious, and generally thoughtful people who eat meat but perhaps aren’t entirely comfortable doing so.
Josephine joined us this morning to talk about the book which launched on the 1st of July 2019.
