Cabin owners face uncertainty amid Australia’s housing crisis
Amid Australia’s ongoing housing crisis and high cost of living, cabin owners at Capel Sound on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria are facing a distressing situation as the property undergoes administration.
The property owner’s insolvency has left cabin owners with limited options and uncertain prospects.
Approximately twenty owners have been notified that they lack ownership rights, and they are now being offered significantly less than their original purchase price or forced to relocate their units.
These circumstances have added to the already challenging housing landscape in Australia.
