In 2018, The Caldera Festival was described as “Sydney’s answer to Dark Mofo”. In response to Covid-19, the festival has now moved online as a 360-degree interactive virtual exhibition and incorporates experimental music, site-specific installations and burlesque.

Participating artists include Marcus Whale, Athena Thebus, Chloe Corkran, Meng-Yu Yan, OneJessa, Tanzer and Zelia Rose.

This week, Ellen sat down with curator of the exhibition, Laurence Rosier Staines, to find out more.
