Can AI Be a True Partner for Music Artists?

AI is changing the way music is made, but what does that mean for creativity? For some musicians, AI tools are seen as a threat to artistic integrity. For others, they open up new possibilities for experimentation and collaboration.

Alexis Weaver, Composer, Sound Artist, and Associate Lecturer at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music at the University of Sydney, joined us to share her journey from AI sceptic to creative collaborator. As AI continues to evolve, the challenge will be finding a balance between embracing innovation and preserving the authenticity of human creativity.
