Can children obesity lead to reduced life expectancy?
The report from Health and Wellbeing Queensland suggested life expectancy could fall by 4.1 per cent in Queensland thanks to obesity.
However, academics and experts believe this might not be true, and life expectancy will continue the same.
While obesity in children is a concern, the condition will not kill and there are ways to tackle it.
