Can I Take My Neighbour’s Oranges?

Most of us have gone on a COVID-safe approved walk around our neighbourhoods for a bit of freedom and fresh air during these past few months. However, have any of you caught yourself taking a few wild berries off a tree at your local park? Or maybe you might’ve caught yourself thinking about stealing an orange from your neighbour’s tree? Here to discuss the art of ethical and safe urban foraging was Associate Professor Alexandra Crosby from the School of Design at UTS, and Associate Professor Ilaria Vanni Accarigi from International Studies and Global Societies at UTS.

Check out their joint research project, Mapping Edges, at mappingedges.org!

Thank you Alexandra and Ilaria, for joining our host, Oscar Byrne, on The Daily.
