Can we save the Reef?

The Great Barrier Reef is the largest living organism on Earth, it is so vast that it can even be visible from outer space. The 2,300km-long ecosystem comprises thousands of reefs and hundreds of islands made of over 600 types of hard and soft coral.

So what will become of the reef, what state is it in is the damage repairable?

Myles Houlbrook-Walk talked with Alix Foster Vander Elst from Greenpeace Australia Pacific.
