This week on Across The Park, we continue to keep Mick at bay, and add the Captain of The Australian Women’s Handball Team, Emma Guignard! An actual captain! On this show! We are moving up in the world, as is the Women’s Handball Team, as they are about to head over to Japan for the World Championships. We start by talking about Gaby’s Wallball creds, but then we get down to business, finding all about Handball and how to play. Emma also tells us all about how she found herself playing the game, and how excited they are for the upcoming World Championships. We also discuss Beach Handball, and continue to discuss Handball as Joel and Gab are incredibly impressed, we then get into a bit of other sport chat, including South Africa’s World Cup Win in the Land Rugby Union World Cup, Tonga’s win over Australia in the Rugby League Test, The Matildas set to get equal pay to the Socceroos, how much we love Ash Barty, and a No Name Game!
