Carbon Emissions Policy and Air Travel

For Australia to meet it’s target of 26% below 2005 levels, reduction of carbon emissions must occur across the whole economy.  Carbon Pricing Policy has not been as effective in reducing carbon emissions in the Aviation Industry as it has been in others, such as the Energy Sector.  Francis Markham: Research Fellow at the Centre for Aboriginal Economic Policy Research at the Australian National University had a chat with Tess about the reasons for this and possible solutions for the future.
