Drums are ancestral instruments that stir passion and excitement within us mere mortals.  Drums tap in the rhythm of life streaming through our psyches and have the ability to facilitate community, as it awakens the primal urge to stomp the earth barefooted – Jess spoke with Nicholas Triandafyllou from Castle Drumming – Nicholas  shared his thoughts on how a community of individuals called Castle drumming come together on a monthly basis to celebrate music, dance, storytelling and food.
