This week, the Queensland State Emergency Services celebrates its volunteers who work supporting Australians in need.

SES provides emergency and rescue services to communities impacted by natural disasters and emergencies, and anyone can become one.

Ibraheem Malik is a Pakistani Australian and decided to volunteer with SES, and has given him the opportunity to help the community in need.
