Changes for restriction in the Australian book industry
In the past few years, there has been a lot of talk about the changes and difficulties of the Australian book industry. This is making news once again, with the entire industry waiting to see if the federal government will end the parallel import restrictions of the copyright act. However, will getting rid of these restrictions help or damage the Australian book industry? David Throsby, Distinguished professor of Economics and Macquarie University, spoke to us in regards to this issue.
