The Productivity commission has announced a review of philanthropy.  Not-for- profits are finding that volunteers are declining all around Australia.  At the same time Charities are finding that donations are also down – what is going on?

Amanda Copp spoke with the Minister for Charities Andrew Leigh to find out why these declines were occurring.
