Chef Roff takes on the 2SER Kitchenette to deliver a 3 course meal!
Last week on Wednesday Drive, Sean Hatzi and his team made a…rough… choice in getting Chef Roff (local Chef), into the Ultimo studios. Hatzi challenged Roff with $25 and a quick trip to an undisclosed grocery store to pick up some supplies. They then ran back to the studios in time for Drive to start and for Chef Roff to get cooking!
1st up was Beef Tartare with gochujang Mayo accompanied by crinkle cut chippies or “pomme de frites” for the higher tax bracketers
Mains was a beef fillet cooked on our sandwich press laying on an oh-so-juicy bed of caramelised onions with a gochujang honey glaze to amaze and boy were our producers amazed! Gone in seconds
Lastly, Chef Roff prepared a humble serve of apples prepared 3 ways: poached, fresh and caramelised apple skins as a cherry on top! YUM
