China-Australia Free Trade Agreement

The Chinese – Australia Free trade agreement has some nasty surprises – China can bring in labour for all but the smallest projects, and some provisions surrounding the ISDS provisions which remain to be finalised by committee.

These provisions allow corporates to sue governments for loss of profit and are highly controversial.
