One of the country’s rising comedy stars, Ciaran Lyons is returning to Sydney as part of the Sydney Comedy Festival. You might know him as the host of Triple J’s Breakfast Show and as the Project’s Perth correspondent.

Now a few days ago Ciaran hit the front-page of PerthNow with the headline “That’s Nuts” after collapsing following one his Melbourne shows. In hospital it was discovered the pain was due to testicular torsion, which is as painful as it sounds.

Luckily Ciaran is fighting fit and his funny bone was in tact to soldier on and perform his dynamic show.

He talked to Stephen Hill about his new show “What’s Next” which is on at the Enmore Theatre.
