You might’ve seen a band on tour, but have you ever actually joined them on tour?
Well, our guests today not only joined a touring band, they joined the longest ever tour by a band in Australia – and they filmed it! Darcy Newton and Luca Catalano are producers of the new documentary Claptrap, which gives us a look at the band Kingswood’s epic tour across Australia. Darcy and Luca joined Nelson on The Daily live from their tour bus to discuss the filming of this very unique documentary.
Claptrap will be having its Sydney premiere on Friday the 11th fo April 2025, in a special Q&A screening at The Ritz in Randwick from 7pm.
