Campaigning for action requires drastic measures. We’ve all seen the lengths activists have gone to fight back against climate change. Or as a lot of people are now calling it, a climate emergency. Many are responding to this global problem through legal means – in fact, there’s one defence that can work in activists’ favor. It talks about acceptable law-breaking in the event of an extraordinary emergency.
