Climate Change and the Future of Healthy Eating
Australia is currently one of the fattest nations on the planet, with a combination of unhealthy foods diets and lack of exercise being cited as causes. But in the future, climate change may be responsible for tipping the scale on the diet of the average Australian.
We are already seeing the affect climate change is having on the ability of our farmers ability to grow quality crops, but will climate change eventually destroy our chances of eating healthy? What can we do to ensure our means of eating real, organic foods remains possible?
