Climate Change Map Shows Areas At Risk From Rising Sea Level

Climate change, it’s a spectre that kind of hangs over our heads a lot of the time with a lot of political back-and-forth. Even with an increase in extreme weather events though a lot of the time people seem to be taking the risks of ongoing rising sea levels for granted. But new research shows that the situation for a lot of Australian communities could be a lot worse than previously thought with sea level rises of two-point-seven metres possible by 2100.
We were joined by New South Wales Greens MP Justin Field to speak further on the research.
