Closing the Tertiary Gap

A new report from Universities Australia shows that attending univesity is in greater reach for the most disadvantaged Australians.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander enrolments at university grew 7.6 per cent in the first half of 2015. Better yet, the number of students from low socio-economic backgrounds rose by 3.8 per cent.

So what impact does greater levels of representation have on closing the gap?
