Living in the digital age means we rely on our phones, computers, and televisions for both work and play. But did you know that by using these devices, our cognitive abilities are being impacted?

Schools are at the centre of this discussion where some are pushing for students to bring their own devices whilst others are against it. Will the digital age continue to haunt us or will we find a way to balance our relationship with screens?
