Concerns of Australians with disability on vaccine elegibility are on the rise

Despite people with disability and underlying conditions being part of the top priority group in obtaining the COVID-19 vaccine, the latest Senate Estimates figures show just 38,000 NDIS participants out of more than 460,000 have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Advocates are concerned the COVID-19 vaccine is not reaching to the most vulnerable people in the community, increasing the number of outbreaks and deaths related to the virus.
